Toaru Kagaku no Railgun OAD Announced

An official visual book of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun was announced to be released on July 27th. An extra anime "Toaru Beach no Tokuten Eizo" (tentative title) will be bundled with the book.
The online retailer Amazon lists the July 24 release of the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun Official Visual Book with a bundled DVD. According to the listing, the DVD will include a "13'th episode" (note the extra apostrophe) titled "Entenka no Satsuei Model mo Raku Ja Arimasen wa ne." ("Being a Photo Shoot Model Under the Hot Sun Isn't Easy, Is It?") Other retailers such as Neowing had listed the bundled DVD with a tentatively titled "Toaru Beach no Tokuten Eizō" (A Certain Beach Video Extra), but had not specified whether that extra was animated or not.
Toaru Kagaku no Railgun (とある科学の超電磁砲, lit. A Certain Scientific Railgun) is an anime series based on the manga of the same name, which itself is spin-off of the light novel, manga and anime series Toaru Majutsu no Index. The manga is serialized in Dengeki Daioh and written by Kazuma Kamachi, who is also the author of the Toaru Majutsu no Index light novels and illustrated by Motoi Fukuyama.
Set in Academy City before and during the same time of the events of Toaru Majutsu no Index, the plot focuses on Mikoto Misaka, an electromaster who is the third most strongest esper in Academy City and her friends, Kuroko Shirai, a Teleporter and Mikoto's roommate, Kazari Uiharu, Kuroko's partner in Judgment, the city's public safety committee and Kazari's friend, Ruiko Saten. The anime tells the lives of these four friends and their adventures in Academy City.
The television anime adaptation of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun (A Certain Scientific Railgun), Motoi Fuyukawa's manga spinoff of Kazuma Kamachi's Toaru Majutsu no Index (A Certain Magical Index) light novels, ran for 24 episodes from October of 2009 to March of 2010. Episode 13 (without the apostrophe) was titled "Bikini wa Mesen ga Jōge ni Wakaremasu kedo Wanpīsu wa Karada no Rain ga Demasu kara Hosoi Kata shika Niawanai desu yo" ("A bikini divides one's attention between your upper and lower body, but a one-piece outfit accentuates the body's curves so it is only suitable for slim people, you know"). This episode was included in the fifth DVD/Blu-ray Disc volume.

Meet the civilian protagonist Mikoto and her friend Kuroko, maintainers of peace and order in the university district. Kuroko is a member of "Judgement", while Mikoto happens to be one of the lucky seven.
